At BulkOrderShirts.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom apparel and bulk shirt orders. Because most of our products are custom printed or made to order, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
1. Custom Printed Items
All custom printed, embroidered, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by our team.
Since each item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns due to:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind

Design approval after production
-
Customer-provided artwork errors
Customers are responsible for reviewing design proofs, sizes, and quantities carefully before approving production.
2. Blank / Non-Custom Items
Blank or non-custom apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

Items are unworn
-
Items are unwashed
-
Items are in original condition and packaging

No damage or stains are present
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive items that are:

Defective

Incorrect compared to your approved order

4. Refund Processing

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible since materials and labor have already been allocated.
