At BulkOrderShirts.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom apparel and bulk shirt orders. Because most of our products are custom printed or made to order, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

1. Custom Printed Items

All custom printed, embroidered, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by our team.

Since each item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns due to:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Design approval after production

• Customer-provided artwork errors

Customers are responsible for reviewing design proofs, sizes, and quantities carefully before approving production.

2. Blank / Non-Custom Items

Blank or non-custom apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• Items are unworn

• Items are unwashed

• Items are in original condition and packaging

• No damage or stains are present

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved returns may incur a 20% restocking fee. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive items that are:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect compared to your approved order

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Photos of the issue

• Description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will replace the items or issue a refund if applicable.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or credit card company.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible since materials and labor have already been allocated.

6. Shipping Issues

BulkOrderShirts.com is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by carriers

• Lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
