1. Where is 207Merch based?
We are proudly based in the state of Maine, USA. All of our operations, including order processing and support, are handled from here.
2. Who is your merchandise provider?
We partner with SanMar, one of the most reputable apparel suppliers in the U.S., to provide high-quality blank products which we customize and ship to you.
3. Do you ship outside the United States?
At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
4. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to update your order (like shipping address or size), please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, it may already be in production and changes may not be possible.
5. What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
We’re sorry! If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, please email us at support@bulkordershirts.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo, and we’ll take care of it.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to our made-to-order process, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For full details, check our Refund Policy.
7. How long will it take to get my order?

8. How will I know when my order has shipped?
